Cancellation Rights:

You have the right to cancel this order within 7 working days, beginning the day after the day on which you receive the goods (this is the cancellation period).

On the cancellation of the transaction, we shall refund you the full cost of the transaction (cost of goods and outgoing postage) when the goods have been received by us or within 30 days of cancellation.

If you wish to cancel this transaction, you must advise us in writing by email to info@gedigitalonline.com

Please include full name and address details with your return including your reason for returning your item. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept headset returns

We are not responsible for any items posted to us that go missing in the delivery system.

Damaged or Faulty Goods:

If, upon delivery, your item is damaged or faulty you can return it to us for a replacement or refund. Please return the goods to us within 14 days of delivery.

We will refund all costs associated with the purchase, including outgoing and return postage. The item should be returned to us in the condition it was received.
